ViteMeir recruits new general manager - Fardal Lunde leaves

Erlend Fardal Lunde was appointed project manager in the autumn of 2020 and has played an important role in realizing the centre and building up an organization for the new science centre at Kaupanger.

Chairman Tor Arne Ness is satisfied with the time they have had together.

- We have had a very good collaboration, and it has been rewarding to realize ViteMeir together with Erlend and the team. We were able to lure Erlend home from Bergen, and he thrives in such project phases where things are boiling. Erlend is driven and impatient, so it's not surprising that he's now looking for new challenges.

Outgoing General Manager Erlend Fardal Lunde leaves behind a fantastic team of employees when, on March 1, 2022, he is ready for new challenges as Development Manager at Einarsen Gruppen/Einarsen Eigedom.

- It has been a great pleasure to lead ViteMeir from project to realization. I'm incredibly proud of what we've achieved in the year I've been day-to-day manager. The team at ViteMeir is a wonderful combination and the work ethic is unique. The next day-to-day manager will take over a science center that is undergoing rapid development and is well equipped for the future.

- Erlend has been an important part of ViteMeir being able to open its doors on November 11, and we have a very good foundation for a new manager to take this forward," concludes board chairman Tor Arne Ness.

The board will start the work as soon as possible to find a new daily manager for ViteMeir.
