7:30 p.m.: Free quiz in SmakeMeir . Doors open at 7:00 PM. Register here .

Saturday, September 26

10 am-5 pm: Research trail with various assignments such as testing hypotheses, AI mapping, node station and treasure hunt.

10am-5pm: Basic course in mushroom knowledge at the Indre Sogn og Voss Mushroom and Useful Crops Association. Here you will learn more about collecting and using mushrooms for food.

• 10:00-10:30: Brief introduction to mushrooms in the auditorium

• 10.30-14.00: Mushroom picking in the forest together with mushroom experts

• 2:00 PM-3:00 PM: Review of collected mushrooms with mushroom inspection

• 3:00 PM-5:00 PM: Cooking with mushrooms as an ingredient in the Taste Lab
