Included in the lease is free access to coffee, wireless internet, meeting room*,

reception service and access control, access to the café area, common costs (operation/maintenance), cleaning, and possibly mail handling and goods reception by agreement.

* Meeting rooms are included in the rent for short meetings. Use of meeting rooms for the implementation of

courses and gatherings must be booked and invoiced, with a discount.
