Gathering for future food workers
Are you in 10th grade and considering applying for the restaurant and food service education at Sogndal high school?
Then you are invited to a nice gathering at Kaupanger on Monday, January 27. You will join the Lerum factory to see some of the possibilities this field of study has to offer. Afterwards, we will go to ViteMeir and SmaksLaben with star chef Tonje Torvanger. Here you can, among other things, make ice cream with liquid nitrogen!
The event starts at 9:30 a.m. at ViteMeir , and will end at 3:30 p.m., so that it will fit in with bus transportation.
