Ola starts his ViteMeir -practice

Ola Alsterholm started this week a ten-week internship at ViteMeir through the master's program in innovation and management at HVL

Ola is originally from Gothenburg, but has lived in Sogndal for the last eight years. He currently works at HVL with organizational development and digitalization. Ola's background is versatile with a main focus on economics and marketing. He has previously studied in the USA and France, been employed at Volvo and Jaguar, and worked as an entrepreneur.

- I've been thinking about further education for a while, to refresh my knowledge and challenge myself. I'm currently studying innovation and management at HVL, a master's degree that focuses on technology and organizational development from a leadership perspective.

Through ten weeks of ViteMeir Ola will work closely with CEO Erlend Fardal Lunde and Head of Communications Åse Neraas Ola will, among other things, assist in VR-related projects and help set the structure for a growing and developing company.

Ola fits perfectly into ViteMeir -gang with his versatile background. I have no doubt that he will contribute to us becoming stronger as an organization in a short time. It is also important for us that the collaboration with HVL is long-term, and the internship that Ola will now complete is therefore very important.
