Iselin moved from city to countryside for her dream job
Iselin Urdal Nygård (30) loves science, ecology and animals. On September 1, she packed her bags and moved from city to village, ready to start her dream job.
Iselin joins the ranks of fantastic communicators at ViteMeir. Like everyone else, she showed her best potato skills and became part of the potato family. She has now brought her husband and two cats from Bergen and moved to Kaupanger.
"I'm very happy that Iselin is part of the ViteMeir family. We want nerds to become rock stars, and as a science nerd, Iselin is guaranteed to inspire future generations in these subjects," says CEO Erlend Fardal Lunde.
Iselin has a degree in biology from the University of Bergen, experience from UiB as a research technician, and she has worked as a substitute teacher at a secondary school. She is also a gaming enthusiast, and can play an important role in the development of meeting places for children and young people. Iselin is now ready to share all her knowledge with visitors to ViteMeir.
"My hope is that ViteMeir becomes a place where people can be inspired and discover the joy of science. I'm very much looking forward to communicating the various subjects to students and all other guests," says Iselin.
