ViteMeir and Nagelld enter into a partnership
ViteMeir and Nagelld enter into a multi-year partnership around the digital and virtual content at the science center
Nagelld are specialists in digital visual presentation and have delivered on all types of technological platforms such as VR/AR, interactive presentations, animation and visualization. They are a member of NCE Media at Media City Bergen and have a large international network.
- Production of digital content will take place at Nagelld's head office in Bergen, but we will also have a local office in the innovation lab at the science center to be able to work closely with ViteMeir and local business in the future, says Helge Bjordal, chairman of Nagelld.
Daily manager in ViteMeir , Erlend Fardal Lunde, is pleased to bring on board an experienced, forward-looking and visionary supplier like Nagelld:
- The virtual world is fascinating, and when we are going to offer experiences that are either impossible or too daring in the real world, we must have with us a supplier and partners who have cutting-edge expertise in the area.
Nagelld will now become both a supplier and sponsor in the partner network. Together with ViteMeir Nagelld will create an environment both for entrepreneurial support and to create a virtual exhibition center that the business community can also use to test new ways of presenting products and services. In collaboration, the two actors will develop a completely new visual experience when the science center opens in the fall.
ViteMeir will contribute to creating bridges between academia and business in the region, something they can now also do through virtual aids. ViteMeir and Nagelld are ready to continue dialogue with local and regional businesses to develop experiences and meeting places.
- In our meetings with the business community, VR often comes up. We therefore believe that the industry will benefit and enjoy and contribute to the virtual development. Local business can make their mark on a unique experience that will be one of our “reasons to go”. We also believe that Nagelld will be a breath of fresh air and a strong contributor to the environment that will be created around our innovation lab, says Lunde.
