How many roars can we collect at Kaupanger?
The roarphone has collected 32,343 roars before it reached us. Bergensaran roared about 10,000 times in March. Can we top this in April?
What exactly is a bridge phone?
The Brølophone is an interactive artwork developed by Klimabrølet. The goal is for as many people as possible to roar for the climate over the course of four years. The roar will signal that we need a change if we are to save our future. Can Norway manage to collect two million roars over the course of a parliamentary term, four years? And how many will Sogn og Fjordane be able to contribute? Take a trip to ViteMeir , enjoy a beautiful luminous work of art, and roar on!
Started in 2019
Even Nord Rydningen started Klimabrølet in 2019. The goal was to create the largest climate protest in Norwegian history. When the pandemic came in 2020, other methods had to be used to reach people, and Brølofonen became an important symbol that would gather roars and engagement. Brølofonen is a reverse shout-out where you record your roars at klimabrølet.no, and then Brølofonen plays all the roars continuously throughout an entire parliamentary period.
